We’re looking for a full-time, marketing-minded Senior Facebook Media Buyer to join the journey!
About our new Senior Facebook Media Buyer
Because of our exponential growth, we’re doubling down on our reach and resources.
The Senior FB Media Buyer will manage our selected Facebook Campaigns through effective planning and ability to execute performance driven Media Campaigns.
No need to worry, you won’t be alone on this. Our Facebook Media Buying Manager will work along with you and will put you up to speed.
Although, you’ll need to hit the ground running, and by running we mean, developing and executing campaign strategies, choosing the right traffic sources, deep analysis of KPIs, but most importantly an urge to grow with the help and synergy of other talents on the team.

Your Day-to-Day will look something like:
Brainstorming in strategic and media planning meetings
Planning the execution strategy for Facebook Campaigns and Performance Driven Media Campaigns
Creating & launching Facebook campaigns for new products
Finding, analyzing and leveraging new potential audiences, demographic data and consumer profiles to improve results
Analyzing results (daily/weekly), and recommending optimizations based on performance
Analyzing campaigns APIs and tackling them to improve current results (the obvious one) Meeting deadlines with Production and other Marketing Teams and effectively communicating requests
Requirements (these are real, actual requirements):
You have at least 2 years of proven experience in Facebook Ads
You possess deep knowledge of Media planning, negotiation, and performance analysis
You have strong English skills, both written and spoken.
You’re self-motivated and driven by nature.
You have intermediate Excel Skills
You’re highly analytical and results driven.
You have Full Time availability.
You understand how to dig into the data and emerge with actionable insights that result in better-performing content and increased conversions.
You are wildly productive and independent, but a team-player at heart.
You aren’t afraid to experiment, even if it means chalking mistakes up to learning from time to time.
Here are some skills to give you an edge:
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, IT, Management
You’ve delved into Ecommerce before and have some knowledge around it.
You have some editing skills with Photoshop.
Experience utilizing web analytics programs such as Google Analytics.
You manage your time exceptionally well.
Reliably meet goals & deadlines.

Highly motivated, resourceful problem solver with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional role.
You have a winning attitude, adaptable, willingness to learn, and coachable (we like to teach you stuff from time to time).
